If I find some of the products are unsuitable, not what I expected, damaged upon receipt or personalized incorrectly, what action can be done to resolve this issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you have received an order which is incorrect, damaged, or not suitable, we would be happy to offer a replacement on the product or refund within 30 days. Please contact our customer service for instructions on how to return your product.
What if I gave wrong information by mistake after I ordered?
We want all our customers to be completely satisfied, if the person placing the order makes a mistake, and this is discovered after the book has been produced, we will replace it for a $7.00 fee, we will reprint and reship your CD
I found a mistake in my book, what do I do?
We will replace all faulty products completely free of charge. Should we spell words incorrectly, we will replace the CD immediately, also free of charge. Should a customer require a refund, we will be happy to refund the cost of a faulty product, provided the item is returned to us. We do not refund postage costs.
What if your company makes a mistake?
We proof read each product twice before assembly, but in the event it does, we will correct it at no charge to you. Inform us of the mistake through email or a phone call what correction needs to be made.
What if my Child’s name is not listed in the Drop Down List?
Our drop down list of names has literally 100’s of choices. Please note, that some children’s name are unique and may not be found in our drop down list. The names in our database are phonetically spelled meaning that you may find Kurt under “C” or “K”, same with Carrie, Christina, and Katherine etc. If your child has such a name, don’t worry. We have a list of non-personalized products that doesn't required a child’s name and it's still full of fun and learning for any child.
What is your return policy?
All personalized products are non-refundable.
What method of delivery do you use?
We deliver by standard post supplied by United States Postal Service (USPS). We also offer Priority Shipping
How long does it take to receive my book?
Standard Shipping is approximately two to three weeks from the time we receive your order and payment.
Is the website secure?
The most crucial page on the website is the Secure Checkout page. This is where you provide your billing and shipping details as well as your payment details. This page has a security encryption set up to ensure all customer details cannot be accessed and is represented by the little padlock in the bottom right hand corner of your tool bar. You will not see the padlock if you are just browsing through the web site.

How far in advance should I place my order for Christmas?
Due to the high volume of orders at Christmas time, and taking into account that personalized products require time, we advise that you place your order as far in advance as possible to reach your happy and excited children at Christmas time.
