Please allow up to 7 - 21 days for delivery. For customers living outside the USA and Canada, please allow 3-4 weeks.
Delivery for Christmas may take a little bit longer, so place your order early to avoid delay.

International Rates
International Flat Rate starting at $10.95 (Canada)
$15.95 all other countries.
International Box rate starting at $15.95. Please note that we would NOT pay any Overseas Customs & Excise.
Personalized Wooden products: Because our products are personalized, all products are made to order. We therefore do not hold any fully made product in stock.
Most wooden products are dispatched in 1-2 weeks. In busy periods, dispatch times may be longer.
For all Personalized Disney products please allow up to 25 days for delivery.
Please note: DECEMBER 15, 2009 - Last Day for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery.

Returns
All personalized products are non-refundable if you made a mistake. Our replacement and refunds policy if requested should be done within 30 days of the product shipment if we made the mistake.
